Store Manager

Las Vegas, NV Outlet - Opening June 2009

• Responsible for leading and managing the success and profitability of the store
  
• Establishing and training a knowledgeable, service-oriented team
  
• Creating an engaging store atmosphere, consistent with our brand image
  
• Motivating and leading team of Managers, Sales and Stock Associates
  
• Developing, training and managing clientele programs
  
• Managing overall operations of the business (profit and loss, loss prevention, standards, etc.)
  

Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of successful retail management experience with a luxury, contemporary retailer, a proven track record of managing store operations, excellent motivational and communication skills, and a drive to be successful!

Assistant Manager

• Understand all aspects of store operations, including visual merchandising, asset protection, and expense control
  
• Ability to recruit others and provide positive or constructive feedback to associates
  
• Ability to function as a role model, ensuring that client remains the top priority
  
• Ability to organize, delegate, prioritize assignments, and meet deadlines
  
• Knowledge of visual standards and techniques, and ability to implement within 7 For All Mankind
  
• Demonstration of strong verbal communication skills to Store
• Associates, Store Manager, and Director
  
• Ability to understand and use 7 For All Mankind’s tools to drive volume; understand trends in the business
  

Ideal candidate will have a minimum one-to-two years of retail management experience.

• Opens/Closes store as scheduled
  
• Ability to understand and use 7 For All Mankind’s tools to drive volume; understand trends in the business
  

Ideal candidate will have a minimum two years of retail or comparable experience, or previous experience as Manager
in Training.
