Customer Service Rep

Will act as liason between sales rep, buyer, production, & shipping. Manage & maintain major account order book & process EDI documents.

Job Requirements:

• 2-4 yrs exp processing EDI documents
  
• Excellent communication skills
  
• Strong knowledge of Word & Excel
  
• Ability to multi-task

Routing Specialist

Will confirm delivery schedules for Wholesale & Retail orders. Reviews & applies routing guides, handles incoming calls from freight carriers, audits all outbound bills. Follows up on Wholesale customer chargebacks & makes corrections as needed.

Job Requirements:

• 4+ yrs relevant work experience,
  
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems
  
• Bilingual English & Spanish
  
• Excellent organizational skills
