I bought these jeans almost two years ago and they still look perfect. These are the most perfect jeans ever, at least for me. They're so comfortable, flattering and I didn't even have to hem them. I'm only 5 feet tall and about 107 pounds. I got them in a 24 and they can get a bit loose after a few wears. I ordered a size 23 online and they also fit really well. I wear the 24s for casual day-to-day wear and break out the size 23 when I want something a bit more formal looking. I have three pairs of these, plus the same style in blue jeans. I don't love the blue pair to be honest. I got a size 23 and they just don't have that tapered, fitted look that I love. But I'm not much of a blue jean person anyway so it's fine. If you're petite and wear a lot of oversized tops, get these now.

This is the second time I have bought this pair of jeans. I bought this second pair after having the first pair for three years. I bought the same size in this and the dark blue. The dark blue fit perfect, but the black just fit terribly. I am so disappointed in the fit. What changed over the years. I was especially made that they dont fit the same as the blue skinnys I got.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

my favorite style of 7's is the roxanne, however the store didn't have any black roxannes available. the saleswoman suggested 'the skinny' pair and they fit nice, although I expected the waist to be a bit more comfortable- like my roxannes are. it's a tiny bit more high waisted and a little snug. I'm 5'1 and 105 lbs so pudginess isn't a factor. the 26 in the roxannes are actually a little loose around the waist (i've got more hips and butt than a waist/stomach) where as the 26 in 'the skinny' fit pretttyyy snug. I still look great in these pants, although I wish the waist were slightly more comfortable.

After reading the reviews on here, I bought these pants and loooove them. They look great on me. They do stretch out, but not an unbearable amount. I'm usually a 26 or 27 (5'3"), I went with the 26 and they're great. They're so comfortable, not 'hard' like other jeans. You can break 'em in quite easily. I highly recommend!

Debating on getting a size smaller (25) but 26 perfect. Find the 7 bootcut are large, but don't find this cut big like some reviews, I am skinny and 5'7". Awesome black jean!
