Slimmy is a slimmer version of our original Standard straight leg. To get this leather-like effect, each color is achieved through a mixture of yellow, red and blue Japanese dyes. Ultimately, the look of being worn for years comes with the application of an uneven black spray followed by a thin coating to give the impression of leather. Due to the delicate nature of the technology used to create this effect, each item will wear differently and produce its own unique characteristics.

One of the all time best pair of jeans I've ever bought. fits like they are tailor made and look incredible. my only regret is that I didn't buy them in blue when I had the chance, but I'm certainly happy I got them in red!

I am very satisfied with this product. The color is not nearly as vibrant as the photo would indicate. I find they go great with dark colors, especially black. This brings out the black pigmentation of the final layer of color added to the garment. I own all three colors (green red and blue) and really love wearing them out and about. Every time someone always comes up to talk to me about them.

These are very unique and fun. They do look quite leathery, just like the other colors in this line of jeans. I haven't gotten a chance to wear them publically yet, but I would probably mostly wear them to parties or non-stuffy social events. The marine blue jeans like these are already quite bold, but the color of these jeans makes them even bolder. Even so, I like the color, which is sort of a maroon-oxblood color. I wish designers would go back to making more bootcut jeans rather than slim lower-leg jeans, but nevertheless, these jeans fit quite well, and I like how they look with regard to fit even though I like jeans with bigger leg openings.
