They flatter my curves with the upward contour in the back. Typically I have to take things in at the waist & they ride a bit too low in the rear. These jeans taper in & up in the rear and solve the problem beautifully. I'm 5'10" so I also appreciate the long inseam; shorter women can get jeans hemmed, but no one can lengthen an inseam. The back pocket squiggle detail is a fun touch and they can be worn both casually and for nighttime dressing. Very hot with a tan belt and a white t-shirt. Hmm, maybe I should get another pair before they sell out.
