Also bought the high waist flares in dark rich blue. Although ordered the same size, this material is thinner (good for warmer weather) but less stretchy and therefore feels less comfortable and a little smaller than the normal size. Still, a good buy in the sale.

I love these. I have somewhat of a short torso, and these hit right at my belly button, so they are not too high but definitely a high rise. I am 5' 4", and I did not need to hem them since I wear them with 3 - 4" wedges. This fabric is lightweight enough to wear during the summer without getting too hot, but the color lends itself to being a great transition piece for fall.
